Shipping policy
We offer Standard shipping services within the United States via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout once the shipping address is entered.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship before reaching out to our team.
Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations cannot be made, even if the request is submitted before the item has shipped.
If an order shows as delivered but you have not received the package, please contact USPS directly to open a case. Once a case number is issued, please send it to us and we will follow up with USPS and provide any required documentation.
